UMC-4 and WCU-4 range issues

Hi
Has anyone else experienced issues with UMC-4 and WCU-4 combo? Feature film crew is using them on set right now and have constant issues with range between the two. Camera is Amira and they use also Teradek Bolt Pro 500 on TVLogic 058W monitor attached to the WCU-4 unit. We had random issues on Alexa Mini with/without AMC-1 but nothing constant and hunted down to issue with radio frequences on channels 2 and 5. Any suggestions from ARRI side what to do? UMC-4 is brand new unit, just acquired before the shoot a week ago?
Please help.
